Erin (age 4) doing the woodland puzzle which she chose in the last hour of the session. Erin found the job challenging however with encouragement from dad Paul she was able to perservere and managed to complete this puzzle and another.
It is possible that Erin saw Brodie (age 4) also doing the puzzles with his dad Phil earlier in the morning. In the Montessori environment children learn from watching one another - so we encourage our parents to acknowledge that watching is learning too.
